I’m Mya (“Mee-ya”), Anti-Diet Dietitian & Body Image Coach

I’m a Registered Dietitian, but what I do can be better described as food and body therapy. I feel passionate about helping individuals struggling with their relationship with food and their bodies to develop a more trusting and joyful relationship with food + body.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where diet culture messages are everywhere: Those messages telling you that you must control your food and make your body smaller in order to be healthy, happy and worthy. But you’ve probably been on enough diets already to know that restriction and control never works!

I’m here to assure you that there is a different way.

You CAN take back the control from diet culture, learn how to listen to your body, and treat it with love and respect.

You deserve so much more than a life of food and body obsession and my mission is to help you make peace with food + body to live a liberating and more fulfilling life!
