Your life-long food & body struggles end here.

Come home to your body and the TRUE YOU through the beautiful journey of Intuitive Eating, reclaiming your body from diet culture, and compassionate self-discovery.

“When I started my journey with Mya, I felt unworthy and far from beautiful or attractive. I saw myself as a tired, overweight, frumpy mom whose best days were over. I felt guilt and shame every time I ate. Through Mya’s willingness to dive deep with me, I quickly realized the lies I was choosing to live in. I have now been FREED!

Now, I don’t tell myself I’m beautiful, I KNOW that I am. I don’t have to remind myself I’m worthy, I KNOW that I am. The way I walk through life now is with confidence, self-love, self-worth and with the KNOWING that my body is incredible. Working with Mya was a blessing. She is doing work SO needed in our world.”

Where are YOU in your relationship with food & your body?

✔️ I’ve battled with food and my body for DECADES.

✔️ I struggle with food guilt, body shame, mean self-talk.

✔️ I struggle with emotional eating and/or binge eating.

✔️ I’d love to ditch the food rules and just “listen to my body,” but it’s hard to believe I could ever fully trust MY body.

✔️ I could never feel worthy, attractive, “good enough” EVEN at my smallest body and ESPECIALLY at my largest body.

✔️ I want to take better care of myself and my health (physically, emotionally, mentally), but WITHOUT harming my relationship with food & body

✔️ I’m exhausted spending so much time and energy, controlling/obsessing over food and my body.

✔️ I feel like my food and body struggles are holding me back from living my FULLEST and HAPPIEST life.

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, you are NOT alone and it doesn’t have to stay that way.

What support do you need in your healing journey?

Hi love!

I’m Mya (“Mee-ya”), Anti-Diet Dietitian & Body Image Coach

And I’m SO glad you found your way here.

I know you are here because you desire to make peace with food and your body, but I want you to know that I want SO MUCH MORE for YOU.

Through the past 12+ years of supporting women of all ages (from teens to those in their 60s) heal their relationship with food and their body, the reason why this work continues to fuel my passion is because this work has always been about MORE than “just” food and body.

It’s about the desire to feel SAFE.

The desire to feel SEEN.

The desire to feel WORTHY.

The desire to feel LOVED.

The desire to feel HAPPY.

The desire to live a full, vibrant, healthful life.

These desires of my clients have resonated with me so deeply.

And it breaks my heart (and fuels my fire!) that we live in a world where Diet Culture gaslights so many to believe if you JUST reached "THIS body” and controlled food “THIS way”, you’d finally feel worthy, happy, and enough. When in reality, it only disconnected you further from your body, your true needs, and broke the trust you had with your body. It kept you fighting with your own body and doubting YOURSELF along the way.

I’m here to assure you that there IS a different way.

It’s NOT too late to STOP the fight, to rebuild the trust, and to come back home to YOUR body’s guidance, its intuition, its wisdom, its power—all already within you waiting to reconnect with you.

And I would be so HONORED to be your guide.
